First Arcrylic Painting

First arcrylic painting in my life! I just tried out this kind of painting recently.

It's kinda hard to mix the color together and hard to paint few layers together.

The grey part of the lotus leaf, big fish (opacity low) and the small black fish.

Three things together are very hard to paint,  i took around 4 days to only finish the 3 things part.

I feel very satisfied with the big colourful lotus flower, that is very nice.

As this is my first time paint this, i feel quite satisfaction although it doesnt look that perfect.

However, i will try to improve my painting skill in the future.

What is Interactive media art?

Interactive art is a form of installation-based art that involves the spectator in a way that allows the art to achieve its purpose. Some installations achieve this by letting the observer or visitor "walk" in, on, and around them; some others ask the artist to become part of the artwork.

Works of this kind of art frequently feature computers and sensors to respond to motion, heat, meteorological changes or other types of input their makers programmed them to respond to. Most examples of virtual Internet art and electronic art are highly interactive. Sometimes, visitors are able to navigate through a hypertext environment; some works accept textual or visual input from outside; sometimes an audience can influence the course of a performance or can even participate in it.

Though some of the earliest examples of interactive art have been dated back to the 1920s, most digital art didn’t make its official entry into the world of art until the late 1990s.  Since this debut, countless museums and venues have been increasingly accommodating digital and interactive art into their productions. This budding genre of art is continuing to grow and evolve in a somewhat rapid manner through internet social sub-culture on one hand, and large scale urban installations on the other hand.

Mostly you can see this kind of interractive art is on stage where the artists perform there.

Some are not really interract with the human being, but as you can see, 

most of the stage background with LED screen, that is consider as interractive art too~

Those who are currently learning this now, probably can be a stage producer in the future.

Improve your comic sketches

Draw or sketch a cartoon character is really hard for me,

but when you look at the animation or the drawing that people done, 

you will feel like you want to try the same thing with them~

For me, i think face expression is very important for a character.

The feeling of the character shown from his/her face, 

so we must know how to draw "sad"/ "happy" / "angry" / "cry" expressions.

Through out my observation, for the sketches of the character, 

we should focus more on the outline only, for the inside part, we just have to shade it a bit

And must attention on the size of the character, when started to draw a few more later, 

you will realise the face or body shape of the character has changed.

If you are learning by yourself, you should refer to more professional sketches.

So that, you can only learn more from your mistake! =)

Good Composition of a photograph

Who said only complicated photo can attract people? simple photo as well~~

A good photography need to have a good composition

so that people don't feel it looks weird..

Besides composition, color is the most important element for a colour.

When snap the photo, must pay attention on the lighting that surrounding us,

try to match the color surrounding us with the main subject matter's color together.

Of course we have to adjust the contrast of the color in computer later on, to make it looks more nicer.

Color for a photography must be bright, hue and saturation must be enough. 

So that it will attract people attention.

Among all the packaging design, i realised chocolate packaging is the best packaging ever~ 

Look at the design below, packaging is very important for a product, which represent an image of a product. For instance, a person who wears nicely can give people a good impression. 

A nice packaging will attract more and more customers to buy it especially teenagers who likes to spend money on these stuffs to give present to their friends.

Chinese new year is coming soon! i would like to share some of the new year card design with all of you...

nowadays, more and more greeting cards have becoming more creative!

that's why people keep thinking of new design, the most interesting that i found out is the paper cutting new year card. Pop out card with paper cutting make the design look more interesting.

However, besides that, a design of a card also very important.
